Medicare regulations governing provider-based operations and billing are complex, requiring coordination across multiple departments with integrated policies and procedures. The Medicare provider-based service designation allows healthcare organizations and critical access hospitals to obtain provider-based status for physician practices, certified rural health clinics, cancer centers, behavioral health centers, and other outpatient departments. Strong understanding of the designation can result in higher Medicare reimbursement for services provided to Medicare patients and, in certain cases, may also support enhanced Medicaid reimbursement opportunities.

OLI may cancel or reschedule a live webinar program at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances. We will use reasonable efforts to notify registrants of the cancellation at least two weeks (10 business days) in advance of the original live webinar program.
If OLI cancels a live webinar program, refunds of the webinar registration fee will not be given. However, all current registrants at time of cancellation will obtain a credit to be applied to a future live webinar program of their choice.
