Carol Tuminaro has over 50 years of healthcare experience. For more than 25 years Carol worked in an Acute Care 700+ hospital as Manager of their Medical/Surgical/ Trauma/ Heart ICU. Her last 25 years Carol has demonstrated invaluable expertise in Joint Commission, CMS, DNV, HFAP and Long Term Care Regulatory and Risk Compliance as well as Quality Improvement.
Carol’s extensive clinical experience enables her to identify critical issues helping hospitals to achieve compliance with all accrediting bodies standards. She has assisted several organizations to maintain “survey readiness.”
Carol earned her master’s degree from Rosary College, River Forest, Illinois, her bachleor’s degree from The College of St. Francis, Joilet, Illinois and her Diploma from St. Francis Hospital, Evanston, Illinois. Carol is certified in Healthcare Risk Management and Quality.
