With over 20 years in the healthcare industry, Felecia joined Ovation Healthcare on 07/19/21 as a Senior Consultant on the Managed Care team under the leadership of Wanda Wright.  Felecia’s experience was gained through various roles with large health systems and major insurance companies which include provider data analytics, rate reimbursement audits, network adequacy review, claim project management, and quality management.  She is seasoned in multiple payment models including fee for service, Market Exchange Products, capitation, and Government- based products.

Before transitioning into her new role as a Senior Consultant, Felecia managed a Medicaid book of business for hospital systems, physician groups, FQHC clinics, and CIN/IPA’s that encompassed contract negotiation, educating, recruiting, and monitoring provider performance and ensuring resolution of provider issues.
