Kim’s expansive background centers on capital equipment procurement, supply expense reductions, operational supply chain support, strategic sourcing, tactical sourcing, and process improvements. As an analytical thinker with expertise in creating strong work teams that produce cost-effective results, Kim combines the ability to analyze, plan, and organize with effective problem solving, contract negotiation, and relationship management skills.

As Director of Strategic Sourcing for Elevate, Kim works with national and industry recognized vendors to negotiate contracts to provide savings, quality products and value adds to her clients.
