Lynda Starbuck has over 25 years of healthcare experience in health information management. She holds a bachelors in HIM and a master’s degree in healthcare administration.  Throughout her extensive career, her primary areas of focus include inpatient and outpatient clinical documentation improvement, coding education, and risk adjustment.  She is very active in her state association (OKHIMA) and has served as President, Secretary, and Program Chairman in the past for the state of Oklahoma.

Lynda resides in Tulsa, OK with her husband.  In her free time, she enjoys golfing, shopping, and Oklahoma State Cowboy football.
