Mayra is a nursing expert with over 29 years of Nursing experience. During her career, she has held various leadership, clinical and operational roles in both rural community hospitals and multi-state hospital systems. Prior to joining Ovation Healthcare, she honed her expertise in labor productivity with work focused on process and workflow improvement to achieve targets while maintaining patient quality and safety. Her diverse range of experience has provided her with an edge on case management practice and resource utilization management throughout the care continuum for both payors and providers, through all levels of care from the inpatient setting to post-acute.
