Susan brings 15 years of Ovation Healthcare experience to her role in Supply Chain. Susan brings enterprise-wide expertise to her current role, having focused previously on system implementation, process improvement, and coordination of Supply Chain’s annual Vendor Fair. Her experience with project management, financial reporting, revenue forecasting, as well as clinical consulting has resulted in her most current leadership position. As Captain of the Ovation Healthcare Elevate teams , Susan works directly with the Performance Impact Team to provide our facility leaders with solutions to their challenges and value to their strategies. Her operational knowledge teamed with her leadership ability allows her to provide our clients with a custom-crafted approach to achieve their supply chain savings goals. Susan spent 5 years leading our Strategic Service Partner program where Ovation Healthcare has over 100 nationally recognized vendors with exclusive Ovation Healthcare contracts that provide savings and quality products and services to our client hospitals.
