Thomas has over a decade of experience developing performance improvement strategies and tools designed to promote safe, effective patient care and operational sustainability for healthcare organizations across the United States. With a background in industrial engineering, Thomas began his career as a management engineer in a small community hospital in Maryville, Tennessee where he first recognized the significance of ensuring the future of independent community health organizations. He now supports that mission as a leader on Ovation Healthcare’s Operational Improvement team, overseeing our Vantage Workforce Productivity tool and analytics team.
