Ovation Healthcare is proud to announce our 2026 Women in Leadership Conference, and we invite you to join us! This annual event is a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded women in healthcare, learn from one another, and gain practical tools for both personal and professional growth.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Women Leading What’s Next: Decisions Shaping the Future of Healthcare” and will feature a keynote based on decisive leadership by Nicole Provonchee, Chief Coaching Officer & Founder of Bright Blue Consulting.
Each attendee will complete the Hogan Assessment, a widely used leadership development tool that helps individuals gain deeper self-awareness, understand their leadership strengths, identify potential blind spots, and uncover opportunities for growth. Guided by Janet Walls, President & Founder, Delta Blvd, participants will learn how to apply their results to enhance their leadership effectiveness and professional development.
Additional sessions will explore change management and developing critical thinkers. Day two will also include a popular panel discussion featuring accomplished women leaders in healthcare.
As part of our commitment to strengthening the communities we serve, the conference proudly supports OvationCares, the philanthropic arm of Ovation Healthcare, as its charitable beneficiary. Through the generosity of attendees and participating sponsors, this year’s conference will help advance the OvationCares Women’s Health Initiative, which provides essential feminine hygiene products to hospitals and community partners supporting women and girls in need. OLI may cancel or reschedule a classroom program at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances. We will use reasonable efforts to notify registrants of the cancellation or rescheduled date at least thirty (30) days in advance of the original classroom program. If OLI cancels or reschedules a classroom program, the registrant is entitled to:
You must notify customer service immediately should you be unable to attend a classroom program in which you are registered. Registration cancellations received within 30 days of a classroom program will be refunded less a $150 administrative fee. Registration cancellations within 7 business days will not be refunded, but the funds may be applied to a future event.
