Jeff serves as a Sr. Manager on the Healthcare Performance Improvement Consulting practice at Forvis Mazars, one of the largest public accounting and advisory firms in the United States, that delivers its experience and service with a deep understanding of its clients’ businesses, their needs, and what it takes to improve their business performance. As an international CPA and advisory firm, Forvis Mazars serves clients in all 50 states and internationally. Jeff is focused on the non-labor cost reduction service line for our clients.
Previously, Jeff co-founded Discover S3, LLC, a consulting firm providing margin enhancement services to their clients. During his time there, Jeff provided consulting services in the areas of strategic sourcing, operations management, change management, team dynamics and conflict resolution.
Before founding Discover S3, Jeff served in senior supply chain executive roles with prominent for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare systems throughout the country. In these roles, he led large scale, end-to-end supply chain operations in the acute care setting and spearheaded the execution of business transformation across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR. Early in his career, Jeff worked in both client executive and contracting roles in multiple Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
Jeff is also a Healthcare Administrator in the US Navy Reserves where he specializes in medical intelligence and operational planning. He has served both the Navy and Marine Corps for more than 20 years, during which time he has mentored, and has been mentored, by some of the most astute leaders in the military. Jeff has collaborated with dignitaries and military leaders throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and the United States.
Jeff is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). He holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Roger Williams University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Scranton.
