Jessie is a skilled healthcare executive with 15 years of hospital executive leadership. Jessie has held various leadership roles, from Human Resources, Senior Director of Quality, Patient-Safety and Risk Management, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. As an Executive Strategic Advisor for Ovation Healthcare, Jessie provides executive-level oversight of key client relationships—providing strategic, operational, financial, and governance-related services. Leaning on her experience in hospitals and health systems and utilizing her background as a life coach, she often provides Executives with operational tools and coaches on people skills or “soft skills” that support the achievement of operational tactics.
