Jonathan has held progressive leadership roles across post-acute, acute, and ambulatory care settings, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of rural a hospital and as Division President  and Senior Executive Vice President of Ambulatory Services at PAM Health, where he was part of the team that scaled the division from 24 to more than 70 hospitals across 23 states. His expertise in rural health transformation, care coordination infrastructure, and value-based care strategy positions him as a trusted resource for hospital and health system leaders navigating complex operational and regulatory environments.
