Ryan is a senior healthcare finance and contracting leader with over 15 years of experience, specializing in strategic sourcing, medical device contracting, and financial analytics. As Senior Director of Custom Contracting at HealthTrust Performance Group, Ryan partnered with hospital systems and executive leaders to deliver tailored contracting strategies across Orthopedic, Spine, and Cardiovascular categories. With a strong background in business intelligence and consulting, Ryan has led cross-functional initiatives to improve spend transparency, automate analytics, and develop scalable pricing and value models. Previous experience includes finance and analytics leadership roles at HealthTrust, HCA Healthcare, and Walgreens’ Take Care Health System.

Ryan holds an MBA in International Business Administration from Temple University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and International Business from the University of South Florida.
